How much will postage and packaging cost?

£5, unless previously discussed and agreed. All pieces are sent special delivery.

How will my jewellery be packaged?

All jewellery is presented in unique logo printed packaging, packaged securely.

When will my piece arrive?

Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery time. Smaller items may have a shorter delivery time.

Are all items of jewellery unique?

Due to handmade techniques applied to each piece no two items of jewellery will be the same. Please allow for these variations.

What is the returns policy?

Under no circumstances will the goods be accepted for return unless previously discussed and agreed, to be returned at the buyers expense.

Is the jewellery hallmarked?

Silver and Gold Jewellery is hallmarked with the maker’s mark (SEH) at the Birmingham Assay office.
